|Due to COVID, we are currently only running online Pilates. We plan to resume our other groups soon, either online or face-to-face in line with Government regulations.|
We offer many groups like led by our experienced physiotherapists who can tailor the exercises for your needs. Your technique can be checked and modified as required. We cater for all experience levels, for the serious athlete to the casual couch to 5km jogger.
Examples of some of our groups include:
- Osteoarthritis (OA) hips and knees group
- Upper quadrant (Postural dysfunctions)
- Women’s exercise groups
- Shoulder rehabilitation group
- Lower limb rehab and gym group
What should patients expect at our classes?
Our groups vary in numbers and format depending on the group. We advise patients to wear comfortable clothes and footwear to the exercise groups.
For face-to-face classes, due to gym capacity, we would take between 12-15 participants in a group.
